Customers can apply for returns within 30 days upon receipt. Goods must be unused with original packaging.
Custom & clearance items are non‑returnable.
Contact customer support to get return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping unless items are defective or wrong.
Refunds will be issued 3‑7 business days after we receive returned items.
Report damaged/wrong goods within 7 days after delivery with photos.
